What if my order arrived damaged?
Our products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. Products are wrapped with plastic paper, bubble wrap, carton and wooden cage to protect it during the transit. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible. If your order was completely damaged we will change your item with new one at no extra cost to you.
Do you have a catalog you can send me?
We have approximately three hundred fifty products for you to browse on our website and are constantly adding new items to this collection. Please use our website as your products catalogue; it is the fastest way for us to provide you with up to date information. What is the lead time?
Your furniture is made especially for you. Please allow 4-8 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. Delivery time depends on the product type, model, manufacturer, and other factors and may not be the same for all items. Anyway we notify the exact delivery date each time we send a quotation. Please note that delivery time we quote is estimated, so it’s so probable that you receive your order earlier than the estimated delivery date. It is very important to note that we start counting since the date of receiving your payment.
What about delays?
Delays in production and shipping may occur. If a delay occurs, don't panic. We will work hard and be certain to get your order to you. Delays are rare and in most cases only occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to factors outside of our control.
